About Edmund...

Edmund Malabo is a graduate of Science and Technology Institute (STI), and a Cook recognized food chef and instructor in Isabela School for the Deaf. Formerly a school computer teacher, Edmund now combines his chef and teaching talents to teach Computer and informative snacks.


Through his business, Edmund's Snack House, he offers lectures, classes, hands-on workshops, and consultations in the Isabela area and internationally.

Edmund was the featured Enlightened Chef in the November 2006, and his recipes have also been featured in his own business. His first webpage, Edmund's Snack House, was published in January, 2007.
